The new
enamelling machine DELTA LINE is not designed with the
intent to exceed the high production speeds claimed by the
competition, but to answer the demands of the various
producers of enamelled wire who are searching to find
every possibility to reduce their production costs. The
problem of greatest concern to our customers is surely the
electrical energy consumption, which corresponds to about
33% of their production cost. This will always be very
important criteria, because it is directly tied to the
energy crisis that we currently have and will continue to
have in the future.
The plant DELTA LINE addresses this problem, since it has
been designed in such way that the energy developed inside
of every enamelling oven is not being exhausted to the
outside. In addition we have developed a new steam
generator system that uses the hot air exhausted from each
enamelling oven, to produce free of charge, the necessary
steam for the annealing oven.
This characteristic allows the DELTA LINE plant to claim
the lowest electrical energy consumption obtainable at
this time.
During the design phase, our technicians have studied the
simplest accessibility to the various machine areas, to
allow ease operations and the maintenance works of the
plant. For this reason the annealing ovens are assembled
externally from the enamelling oven frame, providing a
generous space to access the electrical heaters. The
enamel applicator can easily be removed for a thorough
cleaning. The transmission belts and motors are also
assembled in such a way that makes them easily accessible
to the operator.
In other words, this project considers an elevated
technology that allows greater efficiency and high levels
of productivity.
The use of safety devices in according with European norms
(C.E.), ensures an automatic operation of the plant in all
its functions, while in the event of some difficulty, the
immediate stop of the line having the problem and the
sounding of the alarm to inform the operator of the cause
of the problem. This new DELTA LINE enamelling plants has
a great versatility, suitable for large and small
enamelling wire producers.
